How to Order
You can place an order through our website using the online form or by calling our customer service at 07845 808438.
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will confirm it via email or phone. Payment details will be provided at this time.

Payment Methods
We accept card payments and bank transfers. Full payment must be received at least one day before delivery.
Pricing
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may apply if you are outside our free delivery areas (10-mile radius).

Delivery
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are typically carried out on Fridays. Orders must be placed by 12 PM on Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Delivery Instructions
Please provide clear instructions for where you want the logs placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for orders over £130 within a radius of 10 miles. We reserve the right to determine if the delivery address falls within this radius at our discretion.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or the wrong items were delivered.
